Approximately 8.7 million people live in Osaka Prefecture which is about 1,905 square kilometers in size.
Osaka is the second largest city in Japan only after Tokyo.
Furthermore, about 10% of foreigners living in Japan live in Osaka.

IFO is an international festival held in the center of Osaka like in Osaka Castle.
In April, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom and it is a very comfortable season.
