INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OSAKA

1. The number of participants
The number of members for each team should not exceed 20 people.
(Including leaders, translators and other people)

2. Age of Participants
From 16 years old to 40 years old (Except staffs and orchestra members)

All teams must pay for your own airplane tickets from your countries to Japan.

4. Arrival date, departure date (Japan date)
Arrival: October 31, 2019 (Thu)
Departure: November 7, 2019 (Thu)

If you have some problems or you need help for food and health care (religion, vegetarian, allergy and so on), please fill it in the member list.

6. Application for participation
Please send the entry form by March 31^st (Sunday), 2019, if you wish to participate.
The Festival committee will issue invitations by April30^th (Tuesday) after the screening of document. (About 5 countries)
Please send the necessary document for participation by May31^st (Friday).
If the accepted teams need VISA to enter Japan, please get the VISA by yourself by May31^th (Friday).
Your invitation might be canceled if VISA is not obtained by June30^th (Sunday).

7. Punctuality during the duration of the festival
Japanese transportation agencies are punctual and Japanese society is also punctual.
Therefore, while staying in Japan, we strongly advise you to strictly follow the provided schedule.

8. Performance and stage costume
Performances are usually between 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 60minutes.
All performances will be performed live.
You are required to dance on the stage with your country`s traditional folk costume.

9. Health insurance
All participants must join overseas travel insurance in your own countries.
The Festival Committee will not cover the insurance cost in any case.

10. Provide an English translator
The Festival Committee will provide an English translator for each team during the duration of the Festival.
We advise you to accompany an English-speaker in your team.

11. Flags and souvenirs
Participating teams should prepare their national flags and official souvenirs (to exchange with other teams)
(We will tell you the number of participating teams when they are decided).
